Product Description
Compressed melamine foam, also known as hot-pressed melamine foam, is a high-density melamine foam that is formed by using a hot press machine to compress ordinary soft melamine foam. It has strong cleaning power. Compressed and regular soft melamine foams are based on the same material, which is melamine open-cell foam.
A typical sized melamine foam has millions of open polyhedral cells inside, and microfilaments that are as hard as ceramics, while the overall foam block is soft and elastic. Wetting with water greatly reduces the frictional force of wiping, and the oil stains and dirt on the surface of objects are tightly adhered, ground, scraped, peeled, crushed, and adsorbed by the hard microfilaments.
Compared with soft melamine foam, compressed melamine foam has a density of 15kg/m3-25kg/m3, and the difference in feel is very obvious. It is more solid, stiffer, and more durable than soft melamine foam, making up for the shortcomings of ordinary melamine foam that is easy to break, shed, and wear. They do not require any detergents, just wet with water, and they can easily remove stubborn stains with miraculous results, and are environmentally friendly.
